Residential Reverse Mortgage™ is a division of Residential Equity Funding Corp. REFC has over 15 years of mortgage experience. With reverse mortgage demand increasing over the last five years, REFC decided to open Residential Reverse Mortgage™ and use it's experience to help seniors learn more about reverse mortgages. Residential Reverse was created specifically to specialize in reverse mortgages, unlike other companies that mix up the types of mortgages they offer (we like to call them part timers), we only offer reverse mortgages. While experiencing heavy growth over the last three years and with reverse mortgages gaining in popularity, Residential Reverse has quickly become a leader in the industry.
